My submission for Sakuracon's mascot contest (to be the 2009 mascot). Didn't place, sadly, but having seen the first place, I was super impressed! It's really cute, in one of my favorite anime 'styles' (it's hard to describe).

If I had time, I'd recolor mine, though. Looking at it months later, I don't even like it anymore, heheheh.

Anyway, some kind of goddess? Of sakura. Yeah. Maybe?!

The bottom half is desaturated in respect for Sakuracon's rights to reproduce this image.

That is so freaking gorgeous! I am truely appauled that it did not place. I always love your use of color Shad.

The funny thing is, I actually like it have the desaturated lower half, it doubles as a really nice effect.
